FROM THE REC
The month of May is a special time for Catholics to honour the Blessed Mother Mary. Her life in the Gospel years was one of service and great devotion to Jesus. While she has a somewhat low profile in the Gospels, her words there still resonate with us today and challenge us to follow her example of humility, obedience, and service to God.
During Whole School Prayer throughout May, we will gather together as a school community to pray the rosary together. Students will be provided with their own set of rosary beads to use, which have been kindly handmade and gifted to us from the ‘Mary Help of Chrisitans Friendship Group’ in Pearce ACT.
Children's Mass
Students are invited to take part in our special Children's Mass on Sunday 23rd May at 8:30am. Please email myself (melissa.hotham@cg.catholic.edu.au) or reply to the schoolzine note or the Webform below if your child is able to join us and would like a special part in the Mass. Don’t forget to stay after Mass and join us for morning tea.
