Term 3 Week 10 2025
PRINCIPAL'S REPORT
Good luck Miss Holland - Tumut Takes Two
We wish Miss Holland all the best as she takes to the stage in Tumut Takes Two this Friday and Saturday night. Her courage (and countless hours of rehearsal) will be on full display as she showcases her inner performer for a great cause. Proceeds from her part of the event will support SMART Animal Sanctuary, making her efforts even more worthwhile. We’re proud of her willingness to step out of her comfort zone and share her talents with the wider community — and we can’t wait to see if she unleashes her inner rock star!
Trivia Night
I want to congratulate everyone on an outstanding Trivia Night last Saturday. On a personal note, I found it a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I am extremely proud and appreciative of the effort that went into making it such a success. Most importantly, the funds raised will directly benefit our students through the School Community Council.
Summer Uniform Reminder
Students can now start wearing their summer uniform. As the warmer weather approaches, it’s a great time to ensure students are bringing and wearing school hats.
As we come to the end of the term, I want to wish all our students, staff and families a great and safe break. Many of you will be travelling, and we ask for the care and protection of St Christopher, the patron saint of travellers, as you journey. May this be a time of rest, renewal and joy, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed for the new term ahead.
Enjoy the remainder of the week,
Ryan
FROM THE REC
We are well on our way into Spring now which has been a lovely change to our environment and general mood, knowing that warmer weather is on its way. There is something so refreshing about seeing the trees blossoming, the flowers blooming and the sun shining!
Last Saturday evening I attended the St Mary’s trivia night. What a fun evening it was! It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying themselves and at the same time raising money for our Community Council. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those people who work so hard to make this night happen.
It has been a busy but productive term and our students have worked hard to achieve their best! I hope you all have a restful and regenerative holiday and enjoy some sunshine and warm weather!I would like to close with a prayer for the holiday break.
