I, the participant or adult representative/guardian of the participant, grants Sculpture by the Sea the right to film and/or photograph me/ the participant for use in promotional material by Sculpture by the Sea. I acknowledge and understand that video footage and/or photographs of me/the participant may be used in any and all forms of media for the purposes of promoting initiatives by Sculpture by the Sea. *

2. I hereby authorise Sculpture by the Sea and its assignees sole and absolute copyright and the exclusive rights to use the footage and/or photography for any purpose related to Sculpture by the Sea; including any promotional or paid marketing campaign that is coordinated by Sculpture by the Sea. *

3. I also aknowledge that there is no payment for the filming or the use of the footage/photograph as outlined above. *
