St Mary’s is a Crunch and Sip school.

This is a set time in primary schools each morning for students to 'refuel' on vegetables, salad or fruit and 'rehydrate' with water.

Students who are not hungry and are well hydrated perform better in the classroom, show increased concentration,

and are less likely to be irritable and disruptive.

Students are asked to bring fruit, vegetables and a water bottle every day.
